Wedding License

I have a wedding license dated 4 Oct 1916 for Charles W. Radke of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, wed to Belle E. Roberts, Melbourne, Iowa. The marriage took place in Marshalltown, Iowa. The two witnesses names written in pencil are faded. Marriage performed by Pastor E. R. McClelland of U.E. Church on State St. This was a 16 X 20 Certificate. It has been removed from the original frame but appears in good condition. I bought it at an auction for $2.50, for fear it would be thrown away. Would like to find descendents to claim it.
