I would also like to see the picture. I am from Marshalltown, Iowa. My grandmother is Elda Miller, the daughter of Minnie Armstrong, the daughter of Festus Stephen Armstrong and Mary Emma Smith. I have just one picture of Festus and Mary on the farm. My grandmother grew up in Marshalltown as well so it is very likely that this is the same Festus.
