Looking for Birth Record

NIPPLE, PANGBORN

Seeking birth record for Flora Belle Nipple born about 1883 in Marshalltown, Iowa to George Thomas Nipple, (he was b. abt 1847 in Pennyslvania, d. 1912 in Indiana), and Anna Phoebe Pangborn (she was b. abt 1869 in Canada). Flora Belle died in Indiana in 1967. I don't think they were in Iowa for long and I'm not sure why they were there at all unless Anna had connections. I've been unable to find birth info for Flora Belle (my g-grandmother) or any info at all about Anna Pangborn. Any info would be great.
