In an action filed in the district court at Marshalltown, Mrs. Lessie K. Trinkle, administratrix of the estate of her husband, Robert Edwin Trinkle, asks damages in the sum of $10,000 of the Minneapolis & St. Louis Railway company for the death of her husband. Trinkle, who was a fireman, was killed the night of June 18 while in the employ of the defendant company.
