TINGWALD SERVICES HELD

Funeral services for Kenneth E. Tingwald, 64, were held at the Estel-Perrin Chapel in Marshalltown on Tuesday, Aug. 8, with the Rev. Robert Bell officiating. Tingwald was killed Saturday evening, Aug. 5, in a motorcycle accident in Marshalltown.

Interment was at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens and Flag-folding ceremonies were conducted by the Marshalltown American Legion. Pallbearers were Don Wolf, Dick Drury, Joe Schuler, Carl Rasmussen, Carroll Fisher, and Richard Wolf.

The late Mr. Tingwald was born on Feb. 26, 1914, in Perry. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother. Survivors include his wife, Evelyn, two sisters and one brother, his children, Dennis J. Tingwald of Le Grand, Gary L. Tingwald of Marshalltown, Carolyn F. Tingwald of Kellogg, and Ronald E. Tingwald of Grinnell, and seven grandchildren.
