MRS. HUCKFELDT DIES OF CANCER

Mrs. William Huckfeldt, Tarkio, Mo., a former Marshalltown resident, died Wednesday at Mercy Hospital of cancer. She had been ill for some time. She was born Cora Lindbergh Jan. 15, 1909, at Madrid, Mo. She was married Oct. 9, 1940, to William Huckfeldt at Marshalltown. Surviving are the widower; a son, Larry; a daughter by a previous marriage, Mrs. Wayne Sunds, Marshalltown; a grandchild; a sister, Mrs. Max Crowther, Marshalltown, and her mother, Mrs. Pete Pappas, Marshalltown. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Pursel Funeral Home, with burial in Rose Hill Memorial Gradens.
