FORMER RESIDENT OF AREA IS DEAD

Word has been received of the death of Mrs. Walter H. Yost, 70, a former member of the Liscomb community, in Peoria, Ill., Saturday morning at the St. Francis Hospital. Services will be at 3 p.m. Monday from the Cumerford-Endsley Funeral Home in Peoria with burial in Park View Cemetery there. Mrs. Yost was born in Liscomb, a member of a pioneer family, the daughter of Lewis J. and Sarah Hauser Beeson. After the family moved to Peoria, she was married to Walter H. Yost in 1914 who survives. She is also survived by one son, Harold, Peoria, and two grandchildren, a sister, Miss Nella Beeson, and a brother, E. G. Beeson, both of Peoria. A son, Carl, preceded her in death.
