Woman Stricken

Mrs. Permelia C. Hilsabeck Dies Very Suddenly

Death came suddenly at 7:45 this morning to Mrs. Permelia C. Hilsabeck at her home six and one-half miles south of the city on the Twelfth Avenue Road. She had been suffering from heart disease two years but this morning was up as usual. When she leaned over to get something from the cupboard she was suddenly stricken.
Mrs. Hilsabeck was born and reared in this county. She was born September 21, 1852 a mile and a half south of the home where she died and was the daughter of J. J. and Mary E. Ferguson. She was married December 25,1881, to J. P. Robinson. Two children were born, Ora, deceased, and Alva Robinson, who lived with his mother. Mrs. Hilsabeck was married August 27, 1903 to Elvin Hilsabeck, who died several years ago.
Mrs. Hilsabeck was a member of the Christian Church of Ferguson. In addition to the son, she is survived by a brother, I. N. Ferguson, 406 North Second Street, and a sister Mrs. J. S. Wilson of Ferguson.
The funeral will be held at the residence at 10:00 o’clock Wednesday forenoon and burial will be in the Timber Creek Cemetery. Rev. C. E. Burdine, of Albion, will conduct the service.
