Pleasant, in the state hospital for the insane, at 4 o'clock Sunday afternoon, of Albert Hauser, a well-known Liscomb resident, who went insane about a year ago and attempted suicide by cutting his throat with a jack-knife. At the time Hauser attempted his self destruction he was brought to this city and ordered sent to the asylum by the commissioners of insanity. He has been growing worse for several weeks, altho it was not expected that his condition was so critical. The body will arrive at Liscomb this evening, and the funeral will be held from the Christian church Tuesday afternoon, Rev. Joel Myers, of Le Grand, officiating. Interment will be in the old Bethel cemetery. The deceased is a son of John Hauser, Sr., of Liscomb, and was well known in the north part of the county. He was 39 years of age and a widower, his wife having died about six years ago. One brother, George Hauser, of Gowrie, and three sisters, Mrs. Hinton Rolston, of Conrad; Mrs. George Dinnel, of Liscomb, and Mrs. L. L. Bixby of Liscomb, survive the deceased.
