Graveside services for Ira D. Flora, 87, MELBOURNE, who died Monday, Aug. 19, 1991 at Oakview Nursing Home in Conrad, will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Dr. Robert Wisehart will officiate.

He was born Jan. 27, 1904 in Marshall County to Arthur and Matilda Petermeier Flora. He graduated from Melbourne High School.
He married Mabel Bousselot May 11, 1929 in Cedar Rapids and she preceded him in death in February 1987.
He farmed until retiring in 1957. He was also a long time ASCS employee.
He was a member of St. John United Church and the Full Moon Lodge AF and AM.
Survivors include a son, Jim, Marshalltown; three grandchildren; five great grandchildren; a brother, Benton Flora, Sacramento, Calif.; two sisters, Velma Flora, Marshalltown and Estella Crumbley, Boston, Mass.
Besides his wife, he was preceded in death by a brother.
