Mr. and Mrs. L. M. Osborne, 203 North Third Avenue, are the parents of a daughter born about noon. The baby has been named Kathryn Hoffman, the latter Mrs. Osborne’s former name. Kathryn’s father said if she had been a boy he would have named him Theodore Roosevelt, but being a girl, she began at once yelling for Theodore for 1916 even if she had no hope for vote for many years.
