WANTS DIVORCE AND ALIMONY
Mrs. Elsie May Walker Sue Husband
On Cruelty Charges
Alleging cruel and inhuman treatment, Mrs. Elsie May Walker, in her petition for divorce filed in the district court against Frederick Walker, asks for $200 temporary and $1,000 permanent alimony and $15 a month for the support of her child. She petitions the court to award her the custody of her 5 year old son Clare Frederick.
On the showing made in the petition Judge Cummings issued a temporary injunction against the husband to restrain him for molesting or interfering with his wife, and an attachment against the husbandís property to the value of $1,000. Mrs. Walker posted a $300 bond. The couple lives in Eden Township and they were married September, 1907, in Rhodes.
