tuberculosis sanitarium

Can anyone tell me if there was a tuberculosis sanitarium or a place(home) that cared for TB patients in Marion County around 1889-1890? Can anyone tell me if they know the names of the doctors that practiced in Swan or Knoxville at that same time?
I would appreciate any help.
