NEIFERTS

I have been researching Neifert's of Pennsylvania for awhile. While researching, I found a set of brothers, Jacob and Issac, who moved to Indiana, Marion County about 1849. Can any one direct me to any information on any family stories/history? The brothers were born in Albany Twp, Berks Cty, PA and are second generation of native born Americans. Their Grandfather was from Germany. My grandmother was a Neifert. Any help is greatly appreciated.
