At age ten, in 6th grade, we studied Iowa History. The book we used was about size of hymn book, brown if I recall correctly. It told about the Red Rock Line through Marion Co. and had a brown tone photo of the 'first house built west of the Red Rock Line, was built by Daniel Hunt. I'm looking for that old history book, and a copy of that photo. Willing to pay for copy or for the book. Regretfully I do NOT know the book title nor author!Any help will be appreciated! THANKS!
