Jane Saville

I found the grave of Ben Saville in the Breckenridge Cemetery in or near Harvey, Clay Twp.
There is a Jane on the front "Jane Saville born Nov.22,1842 and died Mar. 16, 1907"
Then there is a Jane on the side of the stone that reads Jane Saville 1843-1934.
I would like her obituary but am puzzled about the death dates. I live fairly close to a brother Henry and sister Hannah Houldsworth Craig in Rock Appreciate some help with this.
