Poor house in MarionCounty around 1880

WRIGHT, GIBBS, FRAZIER, OGLE

Would like to know if there was a poor house in Marion County, in 1880. Would like any information in regards to this.

According to the 1880 census there was a George Wright listed under the household of a Thomas Wilson along with many other names. Could possibly be an appartment house.?
