I didn't find your Williams family either in the main section of the Cemeteries Book or in the section of Corrections and Additions. I did find the two Parsons, who are in a list of burials for Columbia Cemetery that includes only the section, row, and number.

At (link below) there is a list of township trustee contacts. I'm not sure what information they have about cemetery records, but it can't hurt to write to one of them.
