Benn - Mikesell - Chestnut

George Benn was the younger brother of my great grandmother, Nancy Benn Eaton, wife of John M. Eaton. George Benn was born in Clarion Co Penn.

Isabel (Chestnut) (Benn) Mikesell was the first wife of George Benn who was born in Clarion Co Penn and died of disease contracted during the Civil War. His wife was Isabel Chestnut. Isabel applied for a widow's pension (George Benn's pension) after her second humband, Powell Mikesell, died on 19 Nov 1891. Appears the pension was granted. The documents from the National Archives indicate that George and Isabel Benn had two children. Names are very difficult to read. My best guess: Oma A. Benn b. 14 Feb 1857; and, Elda George Benn b. 20 Jan 1861.

I would like to contact any descendant of George and Isabel Benn or Isabel and Powell Mikesell.
