Jacob J. Van Der Hart, 85, passed away Sunday at the Hospice of Pella Comfort House.
Jake, husband of the late A. Irene (Carson) Van Der Hart, is survived by his son, Donald and his wife, Debby, of Peoria; two grandchildren, John Van Der Hart and his wife, Cheri, and Sarah Van Der Hart; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held, December 14, at 10:30 a.m. Peoria Christian Reformed Church, Peoria, Iowa. Visitation will begin Tuesday afternoon at the Van Dyk- Duven Funeral Home in Pella where the family will be present Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m.
