Jimmy Dino Chenet died on July 17, at the Pella Regional Health Center at the age of 41.

He was born on September 14, 1963, in Knoxville to Angelo and Eileen (Hart) Chenet. He was raised in the Harvey and Pershing areas. He attended elementary school in Knoxville and graduated from Twin Cedars High School with the Class of 1982.

Jimmy was married to Tina Lee for several years and they have two daughters, Sarah and Nicole. He worked for Superior Coal Mines in Lovilia, Manatt's Construction for 10 years and for the last few years he has been employed by Pella Concrete Contractors.

Jimmy enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing and boating. His greatest joy in life was spending time with his family, particularly his daughters.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Eileen and his grandparents, Marco and Beatrice Chenet and Mildred and Alex Hart.

Survivors include his daughters, Sarah and Nicole; his father and step-mother, Angelo and Donna; siblings, Kenny, Roxann, Sheryl, Dan, Mark, Tracy, Kelly, and Maria and their families and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and other family members and friends.

Funeral Services was held on July 21 at Bybee & Davis Funeral Home with Rev. Brad Penn, officiating

Interment was held at Eureka Cemetery at Harvey.

Memorials may be made to a trust fund established for Jimmy's daughters.
