Dies in Navy Hospital
Harvey Man Was in Navy for Twelve Years
Earl Miller, of Harvey, died last Friday at the St. Elizabeth hospital, in Washington, D.C., following a short illness.
The deceased was a seaman in the United States navy for the past twelve years. He was aged about 29 years and married, but has no children. He was the son of Mrs. Minnie Miller. Mrs. Miller, who has been in California, started for Harvey when she heard of the death of her husband. The body arrived in Harvey Tuesday evening.

Mrs. Minnie Miller, of Harvey, spent Monday in Knoxville. Mrs. Earl Miller, a daughter-in-law of Mrs. Miller, returned to San Francisco, Calif., Sunday, having been called to Harvey to attend the funeral of her husband, the late Earl Miller, who died in a hospital at Washington, D.C. The young man had been in the Navy and Mrs. Miller was going to the hospital at Washington when she received word of his death.
