Died at her home in Donley Station on Sunday, Jan 8, 1888 at 2:00 p.m. Mrs. Mattie A. Young
, wife of William B. Young aged 43 years. she had been on a bed of sickness for fourteen weeks of suffering, until tired nature gave away and she quietly and peacefully went to sleep without a
struggle. she had been an active member of the Presbyterian church of this city for the last twenty five years. she was a faithful wife and a kind mother. she leaves a husband and four daughters three of whom are now confined to thier beds with sickness but it is hoped that are not dangerouly ill.
