MRS. ELIZABETH VAN STEENIS

Mrs. Elizabeth Van Steenis, daughter of Tunis De Haan and Lena De Jong, was born March 10, 1870, at Pella, Iowa and passed away this life at her home December 16, 1956, after several years of confining illness. She was united in marriage to W. M.
Van Steenis and lived her entire life in and around the Pella vicinity.

Surviving her passing are her husband and one brother, Floris De Haan of Pella. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers ard two sisters.

Mrs. Van Stevenis was a member of the Pella Second Chr. Ref. Church.

Funeral service were held at the Garden Chapel Funeral Home Tuesday, Dec. 18, at 1:30 p.m., Rev. L.S. Van Laar officiating. Interment was in the Oakwood Cemetery.
