Bernardus Van Ginkel died at his home in the north part of town at 9:00 a. m. Monday, August 25, 1924, aged 76 years, 10 months and 22 days. His death was caused by a stroke of apoplexy, and he had not been in robust health for some time. He is survived by his wife. Funeral services were held at the home, 1004 West Third street, Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock. Interment was at Oakwood Cemetery.
