Fort Scott, Kans., April 25. – One was killed and several injured when a Kansas City-Oklahoma City passenger train on the Frisco route crashed into the rear end of a train carrying a circus near Girard today.

Pleas Hart, who was riding on the circus train, was killed.

The circus train was on the main line just ready to take the siding when struck by the passenger.

Mr. hart is a son of James Hart, north of Pella, and usually spends the winter season at his home here. His body is expected here for burial.
