Funeral services for Dr. O. R. Wilson, who died Sept. 20 at Iowa Methodist Hospital, were held Sept. 23 from Bussey Methodist Church with Rev. Charles Sommers officiating. Burial was in Greenlawn cemetery. Pallbearers were Jack McConnell, Garth McConnell, Gilbert McConnell, Boyd McConnell, Floyd Lyke and Kenneth Williams. Marcene Carlson was organist.

Orval Rex, son of Walter and Cynthia Wilson, was born April 13, 1886 in Union County. He was a graduate of Western Dental College of Dental Science, Kansas City, Mo. On June 12, 1912 he was united in marriage to Mabelle McConnell of Bussey. He practiced dentistry in Ridgeway and Fayette, Mo., retiring in 1942 to Afton and Winterset and for the past ten years had lived in Indianola.

His parents and one brother, Joy, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife; one daughter, Mrs. Joseph P. (Pauline) Davis of Des Moines; two grandchildren; one great- granddaughter; and one brother Ralph R. Wilson, Hot Springs, Ark.
