Elmer "Doc" Little, 90, of Knoxville passed away on March 24, 2007, at Griffin Nursing Center.

He was born on Oct. 18, 1916, to Walter and Mary (Poe) Little. He married Agnes Ford in 1938. Elmer worked at the VA Hospital and retired in 1977. He enjoyed fishing.

Elmer was preceded in death by his wife, Agnes; a son, Raymond Little and a daughter, Darlene Mason.

He is survived by two sons, Donald (Joan) Little of Monroe and Kenny (Jeanie) Little of Melcher; 15 grandchildren; two step grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren and nine great great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held on March 27 at the United Methodist Church in Bussey with Rev. Jill Leveck officiating.

Burial was in Greenlawn Cemetery in Bussey.
