Sarah Renee Lunsford was born on Feb. 19, 2006, in Pella to Randy and Lori (Gullion) Lunsford.

She was 6 pounds, 10 ounces and 20 inches long.

Sarah passed away on Feb. 19, 2006, at the Pella Regional Health Center.

She was preceded in death by her paternal great-grandparents.

Survivors include her parents, Randy and Lori Lunsford of Knoxville; brother, Matthew; her maternal grandparents, Larry & Lila Gullion of Knoxville; paternal grandparents, Pam & Wes Loomis and Tom Lunsford, Sr., all of Knoxville; maternal great-grandparents, Loren & Beulah DeZwarte of Pella; maternal great great-grandfather, Conrad DeVries of Pella; aunt, Emily Gullion, six uncles, Joe (Cassie), Dan (Anne), Tim, Eddie and Jon Gullion and Tom Lunsford, Jr., all of Knoxville and many other family members.

Funeral services were held on Feb. 23 at Covenant Reformed Church in Pella with Rev. Patrick Edouard officiating. Interment was in Gosport Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the OB Department at the Pella Regional Health Center or to the family.
