Margaret, Follow the new highway that goes to Eddyvile and then to Oskaloosa. As you come into Oskaloosa there will be a sign to turn left to go to Beacon. You will be going west past the Edmundon Park, keep going until you come to a stop sign at a T road. Turn left to Beacon past a shut down Casey's and a mobile home park. Just after the mobile home park you will go down a hill - at the bottom of the hill turn to your right(don't go around the curve. If you go to the stop sign at the church corner you went too far) You will come to a stop sign - Go straight and you will go past a bridge and you will hit a gravel road. Go down that road atleast a mile or alittle more. The Beacon Cemetery is on the south side of the road. The first house (watch for the junk)past the bridge on the left is where my folks live. If you get lost stop and ask them for directions they will be glad to help. My dad helps with the mowing of the ditch by the cemetery. Hope you find your way. My grandparents, uncle and a cousin are buried there. I lived past Beacon on the road to the cemetery for several years. Connie Lanphier
