Could be a typo on the last name, not sure where exactly this piece of land is or where in Indiana it is.

Elizabeth Oldshue is listed in Ancestry.com's World Family Tree with ancestors. Apparently she was born in 1819 and died in 1897 in Indiana. Lewis was born in 1801. I don't have access to the World Family Tree unfortunately. I do have access to this though:
