Chivington and Conway grocery store

CHIVINGTON AND CONWAY

My sister Ann Erdmann and I have been trying to find any history on the Chivington and Conway grocery store, which was at "407 West High Ave." We thought it was in Lamoni, but it appears it may have been in Oskaloosa, in fact, based on the street number I just found. Can anybody help us locate information on this? Our grandmother was Cleora Ione Conway, daughter of A. B. and Emma Conway, and wife of William Henry Minnick, Jr.
