I need a lookup for the obituary Death Certificate etc for my GG Grandmother Margaret Stephen . Husband Andrew stephen , I am searching for any siblings of Margaret and also for her Father DR James Stout . Dr STout died in Muskingum co ohio Feb 1891 and since his daughter lived in New Sharon at the time there is a slim chance something about him would be in a New Sharon paper Thank you Joanne Williams
