The following query was posted on the document board and I am moving it to the query board. Peggy T. Mahaska Co. Board Admin.

My greatgrandfather, Hugh Evans, son of Hugh and Sarah Carroll Evans,in 1860's left Iowa to return to WV. Behind, in Mahaska County, Iowa, he left siblings who have married into the above family lines.
I desire to have contact with these persons so that I can add them and their family members into the Edward Evans of VA data base. Edward was the drummer boy of George Washington's Army during the French and Indian War.We are searching for the descendants of the DRUMMER BOY.
