It probably won't help much but I have two family photos (maybe more somewhere) from the area. My family lived in two areas Mahaska, Barnes City and Wapello, Town Center. The Fisher family lived in Mahaska, IA (after moving from Parke Co, IN) and the Kibler family lived in Wapello. My GGmother was Malissa Ellen Fisher who married Fred Kibler. After their marriage they lived in Mahaksa where Malissa was born but later moved to Wapello where my Gmother was born. One photo is marked with F.T. Cooper (no city), the other S.H. Coon, Deep River, Iowa. One photo of Will & Julietta Kibler with grandfather - Phillip Kibler, the other a photo of Will Kibler with (as marked) Ben Franklin Fisher and Talatha OR Carey Fisher and Eliz. Allen. Ben and Talatha would be Will's aunt/uncle while Carey and Eliz. would be his Great grandparents (the later is most likely). I have them scanned into computer if any one would like to see them, just send an e-mail.
