African American families late 1800's

LEWIS, HALL, COUSIN, DORSEY, MASSEY, WELLS

Looking for any information on Ada or Addie Lewis who lived in Oskaloosa from the late 1870's until late 1890's She had a child in 1890 a son. At the time she lived with her grandmother Caroline Lewis, her great aunt Adaline Wells her children Frank and Mariah Wells, and Ada or Addie's brother Eddie. Ada or Addie had an older sister named Anna who married Ben Hall in 1883 in Oskaloosa. Ben had a brother Moses living there also. Ben's father was Samuel Hall of Washington county.
Also looking for information on Malinda Cousin who married a Woodson. Her daughter Alice Cousin who married Horaus Massey and then a man named Dorsey.

General information about the African American community of that time would be helpful
