DELTA - Harold Lisk, 84, of Delta died Thursday, April 2, 1992, at his home. He was born June 25, 1907, in Keokuk County to Ralph G. and Henrietta Simpkins Lisk. He married Blanche Blom on June 29, 1941, in Washington, D.C. He was an auctioneer for over 50 years and owned and operated the Oskaloosa Sale Barn for many years. He was an active member of Rose Hill Community Church.
He is survived by his wife, Blanche of Delta. He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Mary Sarver, Alice Andrews and Ethel Roberts; and two brothers, Harry and Elmer Lisk.
Services will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Bates Funeral Chapel in Oskaloosa, with Rev. David Childers officiating.
Burial will be in Tioga Cemetery near Rose Hill. Family visitation will be Sunday, 4-6 p.m. at the funeral home (The Oskaloosa Herald, date unknown)
