KRISER - Died, Thursday, March 15, at six o'clock A.M., at her home in Monroe township, JANE, wife of Jacob Kriser, aged 77 years, 11 months and 15 days.
Mrs. Kriser, whose maiden name was Kelliner, was born in Dauphin county, Pennsylvania, and at the age of 21 years was married to Jacob Kriser, soon after which they removed to Illinois, where they lived for eight years, coming then to Mahaska county which has since been their home. The husband, five sons and one daughter are left with a large circle of friends to mourn her loss.
Funeral Friday at 11 o'clock. Interment in Wymore cemetery. (The Oskaloosa Daily Herald, March 15, 1888, p. 4)
