Obituary - GRACE M. STEVENS

Grace M. Stevens, age 93, of Silver Spring, Maryland and formerly of Oskaloosa, died Tuesday, January 4, 1994 at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring. She was born February 12, 1900 at Beacon, Iowa, to Theodore and Nellie Beital Lewis. She married Ross Stevens in June of 1917 at Oskaloosa, Iowa. He died July 8, 1970.

She is survived by a daughter, Dorothy Marie Couts of Deland, Florida; two sons, James W. Stevens of Newton, Iowa, and Robert R. Stevens of Silver Spring, Maryland; twenty grandchildren; and thirty-seven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, two daughters, Janet Isabel McCabe and Phyllis Jeanne Morgan; two sons, LeRoy and Jerry; a grandson, Larry Stevens; three brothers; and four sisters.
