McKanna - Died, November 26, of scarlet fever, RAY, son of Mr. and Mrs. James McKanna, aged 3 years and 13 days.
Ray was a bright little fellow and much loved by all who knew him. The writer attended the funeral the day after his death, and endeavored to comfort the berefit and deeply sorrowing parents and relatives. After which the remains were carried to Forest cemetery and laid away, the spirit having gone to be an angel to die no more. (T. B.)
