CEDAR - Zella KARSTETTER FOX, 94, of Cedar, died Thursday, January 17, 1991 at the Mahaska County Hospital in Oskaloosa. She was born April 11, 1896, in Peoria, Illinois, the daughter of Michael and Dora FULLER KARSTETTER.

She was united in marriage to Guy FOX, on January 1919, in Cedar. He died in 1948. She attended school in Fremont.

She and her husband had farmed on the family farm near Cedar until 1948. She was a charter member of the A.R.T.E. Club, and a member of the Cedar United Methodist Church.

She is survived by two grandchildren, Dennis ALBERTSON of Ankeny and Sherry ALBERTSON of Baltimore, Maryland; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one daughter, Veva ALBERTSON; and one great-grandson, Jason FRANKLIN.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday at the Cedar United Methodist Church with Rev. Pacifico Camarin officiating. Burial will be in the Highland Cemetery in Eddyville.

Fremont Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
