Jacob Mark and Edith (Edy) Thompson-Mark

Jacob and Edith ( Edy ) Mark (Marks) lived in Madison Co., Iowa between the years of 1860 and 1870. I do not have the exact years but they were there in the 1860 and 1870 census. I am looking for any information on the family. especialy if there was a son Elias. The 1850 census in Monroe Co., shows Jacob and Edith having Eliza age 4 female. The 1860 census in Madison Co., shows same child named Lias age 14 male. I believe I have found enough information that this child was Elias Mark and he enlisted in the Civil War Feb. 9, 1864 and died three weeks after enlisting. Any information would be greatly appriciated.
