Yes, it is the same Benton Jones! Was your grandmother Hester? If so, her sister (Matilda) Malvern Jones was my great-great grandmother! With help from the wonderful people of Madison County, I have found that my (our) ancestor, Benton was the bridge builder in question. I would love to share family information with you if we are related!
