Hi Kandi,

I have a copy of the death records for 1903 and it does not list parents on that report. It is a page with about 15 deaths listed on it in 1902 and 1903 and does not have a space for parents names.

You could try writing to the Madison County Genealogical Society and see if their researcher can find a different type of death record that might have been recorded and included parents names. Their address is: MCGS - P.O. Box 26 - Winterset, Iowa - 50273 0026.
