I found a Frederick Meyer living in Cook County, Illinois in 1870. They were in the 7th Ward, Ward of Chicago. It listed his birthplace as Iowa, along with all his brothers and sisters. The parents names were Daniel and Mary, both born in Hannover. Could this be them? Do you have any idea who Fredericks siblings were?

I am a relative of Eva Golightly Meyer, married to Earl Meyer. I don't have any info on Earl other than birth, death and marriage dates. Would share info if you wish.
