Edwin Ernest Henry, 58, of St. Francesville, Mo., died of a respiratory ailment on Sept. 6, 1996, at the Keokuk Area Hospital. Funeral services were Sept. 10 at Collins Funeral Home in Winterset. The Rev. Bobby Dickerson officiated the services and burial was at the Winterset Cemetery.

He was born in Madison County on Oct. 28, 1937 to Edwin Ernest and Ruth Mildred (Travis) Henry. He was a retired heavy equipment operator and operated a trailer park in St. Francesville, Mo. He was a resident of Madison County until 1980 before moving to St. Francesville, Mo.

He was preceded in death by his father and one brother.

Surving relatives include his mother; step-father, Robert Clark of Winterset; three daughters, Vicki Sue Mullen and husband Brian of Clarinda, Tarita Benzoni and husband Jim of Des Moines; Tara Waters and husband Todd of Norwalk; one brother, Russell Henry and wife Jane of Winterset; one stepbrother, Richard Clark of Auburn, Wash.; four stepsisters, Donna Jarvis of Kansas City, Mo., Patricia Klink of Federal Way, Wash., Roberta Oetker of Minneapolis, Minn., and Carla Young of Winterset; and four grandchildren.
