Winterset

Adela C. Jaloma, 87, of Winterset died of a respiratory ailment Saturday at her daughter's home there. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Ochiltree Funeral Service in Winterset. Cremation will follow services, and burial will be at a later date at Pantion Jardin Cemetery in Mexico City, Mexico.

Ms. Jaloma was born in Chihuahua, Chi, Mexico, and had lived in Winterset since 1998. She was an actress, starring in several movies in Mexico beginning in the 1930s. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Winterset.

She is survived by a daughter, Cecilia Lloyd of Winterset; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husbands, Pierre Mussio and Raul Rojas I.
