ARMSTRONG, William Lee—Thursday, November 21, 1991. Survived by wife Rose C. Armstrong; son, William A. Armstrong; daughters, Shelly and Cheryl Armstrong; brothers, Jerry Dean Armstrong, IA, Sam Smart, TX; sister, Kathy Estell, IA; step-daughter, Tera Baxton; six grandchildren.

Remains rest at the funeral home of Phillips-Robinson Co., 2707 Gallatin Rd., where memorial service will be conducted Saturday, November 23, 11:00 a.m., Rev. Red Michaels officiating.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Vanderbilt Hospital to the Crones Foundation.

William Lee Armstrong, 58, of Nashville, Tenn., died of an intestinal disorder Thursday at Park View Medical Center there. The body was cremated and a memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Berean Assembly of God in Des Moines.

Mr. Armstrong lived in Afton until about 27 years ago. Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home in Nashville handled arrangements.
