Mr. A. Haskett after a lingering illness of several months quietly passed away Friday afternoon at 1:15 Oct. 21st. Funeral was held Sunday at the Friends church after which the remains were laid to rest in the Earlham cemetery.

Mrs. Wm. Ferguson, of Emporia, Kansas arrived here last Wednesday being called by the serious illness of her father, Mr. A. Haskett.

Mr. Nathan Bales and wife, of Lake City attended the funeral of their uncle, Mr. A. Haskett.
