ADELAIDE MOORE Dies at Eighty

Adelaide L. Moore, a lifelong resident of Madison County, died Wednesday, April 11, 1973, at Madison County Memorial Hospital. She was 80 years of age.

Mrs. Moore was born in Madison County December 3, 1892, daughter of Charles A. McCleary and Lucy Walker McCleary. She was married March 2, 1922, to Guile E. Moore who preceded her in death.

Surviving Mrs. Moore are a son, Robert Mills of Winterset; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Ethel Beiner of Riverside, Illinois and Mrs. Wilma Baldridge of Batavia, Iowa; a brother, Alfred McCleary of Carlisle; and two sisters, Mrs. Josephine Martin of Winterset and Mrs. Nell Scarborough of Sacramento, California.

Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

Funeral services were held Friday, April 13 at 3 p.m. from Collins Funeral Home with burial at the Winterset Cemetery.

Services were conducted by the Rev. N. M. Coughenour, of the United Methodist Church of Winterset.
